"TAPAS"... "TEXTILE TALK" ....AND "TANTALIZING TUNES"
Thursday, June 3rd
CAA Farmhouse
We are so excited about our last celebratory event of the season with Camille Breeze. Camille will talk about her work/passions/art forms as both a musician and textile conservator for Museum Textile Services. This company was founded by Camille in 1999. Today MTS is the premier private textile conservation facility in Massachusetts and has a client base that extends throughout the United States. Camille is also a dynamo singer of both her original songs and covers.
Camille will speak about her passion for her work as textile conservator as well as her passion for music. She will give a mini-concert performance of songs ...both cover and original and we will be serving tapas... We really look forward to having a fun finale of the season and do hope you can come and join!

About the Women's Arts Forum
The eighth season of the Women's Art Forum promises to be very exciting and will continue with our goal of giving women artists the opportunity to meet and collaborate with other women interested in the arts, as well as to promote, inspire and encourage one another through creativity and artistic interests and endeavors.
Participation in this group is free and open to all women, whether currently practicing artists or not, hoping to find a new talent within or simply wanting to gather with other community women to talk and share ideas about the arts. This group will embrace all arts including the visual arts of painting, drawing, photography, sculpting, printing, fiber and fabric arts as well as the performing arts of music, storytelling, creative writing, poetry, drama and dance.
The meetings will consist of a structured presentation by a monthly "feature" who will share her art-form with the group, discuss the process of performing or creating this art or provide a sample demonstration. There will also be a discussion period where women participants will be invited to talk about their own current involvement or aspirations or challenges in the arts.
This forum is being coordinated by local spoken word artist Cheryl Perreault and painter Geri Holland. Those interested in participating should call the CAA in advance at 508-435-9222 or e-mail sandra@caahopkinton.org since seating is limited. Hope to see you there!
