Description: While staying in Jackson, NH, started out early one morning for ski resort, and came upon old, covered bridge - known as the "honeymoom bridge", and had to paint it.

Artist Background: Since leaving as classroom teacher, Eckberg has been teaching art for some years with Franklin Public Schools Adult Continuing Education at Franklin High School. In addition to art classes, Eckberg holds plein air art workshops periodically. Her Galleria of Design & Studio is on her home property in Norfolk, where she works and paints. As an award winning artist, she exhibits and sells her art. She works in various media and can be seen at the Middleborough Gallery, Middleboro, MA. Many international artist-in-resident periods have been completed by Gail and her work is held in private and public collections, here and abroad. She is an exhibiting member of art guilds and museums in area, including Hopkinton Cultural Arts Alliance and Hopkinton Arts Guild.
